Rogan Josh

Mix Rogan Josh spice in one cup of water.
● Cut 1Kg of Lamb into small pieces.
● Heat the oil in a pot and fry the Rogan Josh spice for 2-3 minutes.
● Add the Lamb pieces and cook for 30-45 minutes or until it becomes tender. Add water if required.

Your Rogan Josh is ready  to be served.

Ingredients: Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Coriander, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala.
