Durban Bunny Chow Curry


Cook in three easy steps:

  • Mix 500ml of water to the Bunny Chow spice to make a runny paste.
  • Take 600g diced lamb. Heat 2-3tbs of oil and brown the meat. Boil 3 potatoes (about 350-400g) in a different pot.
  • Add the curry paste and cook until ready. Add potato cubes. Cut in half and unsliced rectangular loaf of bread. Hollow out and fill with curry.

Hint: You can also add 400ml of coconut cream to the finished curry, if desired.

Ingredients: Bay leaves, pepper, onion, ginger, chilli, citric acid, soy powder, garlic, star, cardamom, cinnamon, tomato, turmeric, salt, paprika, chat masala, mace, cumin, coriander.
