Mix Chicken Korma spice in one cup of water.
- Cut 1Kg of Chicken Thigh fillets into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the Korma spice for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Chicken and cook.
- Mix in two table spoons of yoghurt
Chicken Korma is ready to be served, Makes 4-6 serves.
Hint: For better taste, You can use thickened cream instead of yoghurt.
