Mix White Korma spice in one cup of water.
● Cut 1Kg of Chicken/Lamb/Fish in small pieces.
● Heat the oil in a pot and fry the Vindaloo spice for 2-3 minutes.
● Add the Chicken/Lamb/Fish and mix water if you need.
● When cooked, serve the Vindaloo Curry.
