- Soak 500g of white chick peas overnight in water. Then boil in water until tender.
- Add Pindi Chole Masala to the peas. Heat 7tblsp of cooking oil in another fry pan. Wait till cool, then mix with chick peas.
- Cook in slow heat for 10 minutes. Then it is ready to serve.
- You can use this product as Pooja Prashad.
