Cook in three easy steps:
- Mix 500ml of water to the Penang Curry spice to make a runny paste.
- Take 1kg of chicken pieces. Heat 2-3tbs of oil, and lightly brown the chicken.
- Add the paste to chicken and cook. Add 400ml of coconut cream and simmer.
