Cook in three easy steps:

  • Soak 500g of Urad Sabut overnight and boil until tender
  • Add curry mix in 300ml of water. Heat 5tbls of oil and cook the paste for 3-4 min
  • Add curry paste to Urad Sabut and simmer for few minutes. (Optional add 200g of butter or cream)

Tips: Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves
