Mix Chicken Korma spice in one cup of water.

  • Cut 1Kg of Chicken Thigh fillets into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pot and fry the Korma spice for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the Chicken and cook.
  • Mix in two table spoons of yoghurt

Chicken Korma is ready to be served, Makes 4-6 serves.

Hint: For better taste, You can use thickened cream instead of yoghurt.
