Mix Chicken Chilli spice in one cup of water.
- Cut 1 Kg of Chicken Thigh fillets into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the spice for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook until ready.
- Chicken Chilli is ready to be served. Makes 4-6 serves.
