Mix Fish Goa Spices in one cup of water. ● Cut 750 gms of Fish Fillet in small pieces ● Heat oil in a pot and fry the paste 2-3 minutes ● Add the fish and add water if needed.
Your Fish Goa is ready to be served. Makes 4-6 Serves
David Whiteman (Sunday, 19 April 2009) Rating: I normally make my beef, lamb and chicken curries from scratch using individual ingredients. I've used pre-mixed packs and pastes in the past but they just don't stack up.
However I really wanted to try a fish curry for a change and I saw the CurryMasters Fish Goa pack and decided to give it a try. 1kg of Blue-Eye Cod, a 220ml can of Light Coconut Cream and the Fish Goa mix later and we had the absulute BEST fish curry we've ever eaten. The left over was even better the next day. My wife reckons "You can cook that one once a week!"
I'll be trying all the other mixes from now on.
