* Mix the Madras curry spice in 300ml of water.

* Cut 1Kg Chicken/Lamb in small pieces.

* Heat 3-4 tbs of oil in a pot and fry the paste. Add Chicken/Lamb and cook in simmer untill its  cooked. Your Madras Curry is ready to be served.
