Mix Delhi chicken spice in one cup of water. ● Cut 1Kg of chicken thigh fillets into small pieces. ● Heat the oil in a pot and fry the paste for 2-3 minutes. ● Add the chicken pieces, Add the water if you need. ● Add 300ml of coconut cream when chicken is cooked, Makes 3-4 serves.
ALAN Bideleux (Monday, 12 November 2007) Rating: Delhi Chicken is the only product in this range I have tried but if the rest of the range is as good then I will go out of my way to use them over and above other brands I buy at the supermarket. My wife, who is not too keen on very spicy foods was delighted.
